I love how Facebook keeps us in touch with all of our long lost friends. I just got a friend request from a kid I used to ride the bus with in elementary school. He used to eat markers. I kinda forgot about him but now I wonder how he’s doing & if those markers affected him.

Yikes. This is heartbreaking to watch… and to think my generation grew up living for this show & now a good majority of us have eating disorders or at the very least body dysmorphia 😶 I can’t imagine why

@Anna_Cassidy If you have good insurance, ask your doc about GeneSight testing. It shows you based on your genetic markers how well you metabolize different meds like mood stabilizers, antidepressants, etc. I did it recently and it probably would've saved me YEARS of trial and error

Idk what’s worse. Mental illness itself or the life long struggle of finding medication that makes you feel “normal”. It’s torture really.
