Anne Brontë has been on my mind all day. Her last night on this earth. Took some flowers to the church where the rest of her family lay and to the Anne Stone on Parson's Field. Also lighting a candle in her memory. She is not forgotten.

Inside beautiful St. Mary's, Scarborough. Anne Bronte was buried in its churchyard on May 30th 1849, but her funeral service was held at Christ Church on Vernon Road. That church no longer stands, this Iceland store is on the site.
