Many graduate students, including me, had to work on top of being full-time grad students just to be able to pay rent and afford food. Maybe some researchers have money, but it does not trickle down to the grad students who make most of the work possible.

I was today year's old when I finally took a stand against a senior white male colleague who made unwanted sexual advances toward me and has been intermittently bullying me since I firmly turned him down. This has been a great source of stress-and I'm a fully tenured senior...
