day 110 building aesty.ai in public! a month into our web funnel, sat down to review and caught myself in the classic optimism trap, staring at pretty metrics and wanting to draw big conclusions. 5 weeks of data (funnel actually launched april 13, not long ago) retention and conversion look ok at first glance, but 5 weeks is too little for serious conclusions. most subscriptions haven't hit month one, conversion is on a 30-day window. all of it needs another 1-2 months before i draw real lines. Continuing marketing iteration + preparing huge release soon. Let's gooo
