great point @marybethwest trusting teams and focusing on output is a cultural trait of virtual agencies. Life around work not the other way around. Today's situation may push this to mainstream agencies I hope! #VirtualPReality

@nickyregazzoni I think a lot of managers struggle with angst over team member accountability issues. It’s a control thing but not invalid if team members are not getting the work done or go off the radar for extended time periods. #VirtualPReality

@Mrs_Wadds I agree, the model is definitely not for everyone, we've experienced that over the years especially in our early years when our model wasn't very common. We're always completely upfront about expectations of our virtual environment to make sure the fit is right. #VirtualPReality

@HelloDifference @nickyregazzoni We use Office365 with OneDrive and Microsoft Teams, and LOVED #Wunderlist but the app ceased operations so trying to find a replacement at the moment. We also use whatsapp for internal use. A few simple tools works best in my view.

@nickyregazzoni We try to keep things simple with a few powerful tools - Basecamp for project management and communication, Google Drive for collaborative work and Zoom which used to be a well kept secret but a few more people seem to have heard about in the last few weeks 😉

@GeorgeBlizzard It's crucial. If you don't embrace #flexibleworking you instantly shrink the talent pool. We only work with senior, experienced consultants so there has to be 100% trust in them to get the job done. As long as the clients are happy, when they do it is irrelevant. #virtualpreality
