Peter Mandelson and Andrew Mountbatten Windsor were leaking sensitive state information to Jeffrey Epstein. Any news on how these investigations are proceeding & when they may be charged?

Not enough people are talking about this. A Florida airport was renamed after Donald Trump. He walked away with the trademark, the licensing rights, and a deal that lets him profit off every piece of merchandise sold there. But the story of how he got it is even worse. County staff told commissioners that rejecting the name change would put state transportation funding at risk. DeSantis has already removed state attorneys and school board members who dared to cross him. That is the reality the Democratic commissioner who cast the deciding vote was living in when she made her choice: hand Donald Trump control of a public airport or watch Florida Republicans strip funding from the very people she was elected to represent. That is absolutely insane. Florida Republicans handed Trump a money machine and called it a naming rights deal, and the people of Palm Beach County never got a say in any of it. theguardian.com/us-news/2026/m…

UK media is barely touching this, but Australian 7News is laying it out: the Royal household is dead silent while police widen their investigation into Prince Andrew over sexual offences. King’s brother could face life in prison. This is the monarchy’s “service”: shielding one of their own no matter what. How many more scandals before Britain wakes up and abolishes this outdated, entitled institution? #AbolishTheMonarchy #NotMyKing #PrinceAndrewScandal #RoyalScandal #EpsteinFiles

You spend millions every year so well paid MP's and Lord's can get subsidised alcohol at work. There are 27 alcohol serving taxpayer subsidised bars and restaurants in the UK. ALL of them in Westminster. It's time to make it 0. Like/RT if you agree.

Those who held & hold Scotland back should be ashamed 👇 Norway's sovereign wealth fund - built entirely from oil revenue — is now single largest investor in the global energy transition, & it owns roughly 1.5% of every publicly traded company on Earth share.google/5bKHWDyd3KRVvV…

Had Scotland been independent & nurtured its natural resources like Norway, it would now have a fund (based on extraction rates) of at least $1.44 trillion (dollars) Or £216,000 per person living in Scotland. Instead Higher Fuel poverty & child poverty with the UK. #choices

What an unbelievably stupid own goal from Labour. 👇 2024 Labour got 852,000 votes in Scotland. 2026 SNP got 877,000 votes in Scotland. Labour have no mandate to block a referendum.
Jackie Baillie@jackiebmsp

Just 1 in 5 Scots voted SNP. John Swinney has no mandate for another independence referendum. The priorities of the Scottish people must come first. scotsman.com/news/opinion/c…

At PMQs, Starmer just said, “oil and gas are coming out of the North Sea 24/7, and will do for many years to come” ! ! ! Let’s remember the “it’s running out” scam that the unionists ran in 2014. They lied to the Scottish people ! !

21 kicked out. 28 defected. 39 resigned. 5 suspended. 1 disqualified. 5 lost seats. That's approximately 99 Reform UK councillors and representatives who have left the party. 22 of them since the local elections just two weeks ago. The party claims "some of the strongest vetting in the country." Here's the full list 👇

Flying over the HS2 route last week. No track, no trains, not a ticket sold. Cost to date £100bn for just 140 miles of track & yes, it’s running years late. Scottish taxpayers send every penny of tax collected in Scotland to @hmtreasury - this is how they spend it! 🤪

Norway, a country with just over 5 million people, manages the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund — worth nearly $2 trillion. This translates to around $340,000 for every citizen, making it one of the richest countries per capita. The fund was built from oil revenues, but instead of spending it all, Norway invested globally in stocks, bonds, and green energy projects. It serves as a safety net for future generations, ensuring the country’s wealth continues long after oil production declines. Norway’s model is admired worldwide as an example of smart resource management. It shows how natural resources can be transformed into long-term prosperity when governments prioritize sustainability and financial discipline.

Let’s have a think about what’s happening in Makerfield. This by election is costing taxpayers £226,208. And it’s happening because a Labour MP chose to step aside to make room for Andy Burnham’s leadership ambitions. He admitted that himself. But here’s some more interesting figures. If Burnham wins, he’ll have to resign as Greater Manchester Mayor too. That triggers another election costing taxpayers around £4.7 million. So in total, nearly £5 million of public money could be spent not on improving services, fixing roads, supporting communities or helping struggling families, but on political career ambitions. People are struggling with bills, crime, NHS waiting lists and communities being ignored. Yet Westminster politics still seems focused on who climbs the ladder next. That’s what frustrates people. Not democracy. Political games made to look like democracy.
