I came to Newfoundland & Labrador with my band Flirt some 40 years ago - it was my first ever tour of the East Coast and my first ever time away from home. During that tour I met Gloria, a local girl who took care of me and showed me around and last night, all these years later, we were reunited ❤️ The hospitality and sentiment of Newfies is unmatched - thank you for, once again, showing me such a warm welcome! 🫶

With a 5-1 record, Emily and her U16 Team NL are the Eastern Elites Champions . They came out on top of 12 teams in Fredericton, NB. @SPJH_PE @ODAthleticsNL @attainphysioSPC

Emily and her Team NL U161 are currently 4-1 and are playing for gold at the EasternElites Volleyball Championships at 3:15 NB time against NB. Let’s go NL @SPJH_PE @ODAthleticsNL

After day 2 at the Eastern Elite Championships in Fredericton - Emily and her team are 3-1 and will play at 10:15 tomorrow morning.
