Badass Firefly energy filled the room! I had the absolute honor of speaking with 100+ women in educational leadership about my book, The Bad 🫏🔥🦟 Firefly Effect — and whew… what happened next was magic. There was joy. There was laughter. There were tears. There were hugs. There were notebooks filling up with names of women who’ve got each other’s backs. That’s what happens when powerful women gather with open hearts and brave stories. You reminded each other that leadership doesn’t have to be lonely. That light multiplies when we share it. That being a badass and being kind can exist in the same sentence. I walked out glowing. Grateful. Fueled. Keep shining, fireflies.
