Happiness isn’t just about eliminating negative emotions and experiences from your life. It’s also about adding positive emotions and experiences to your life. Always remember that a life full of passion and meaning is worth occasional hardships and times of suffering.

You can’t just make someone be okay regardless of what they’re actually feeling. You can hope for that, encourage it, wish for the best. But you can’t force it. Once you force it, the entire process fails, because every other feeling that person has is now labeled as unimportant.

I have the best teammates. They are amazing friends. I can’t thank them enough for all of the support and love they have shown me. My girls are the best. No arguments allowed.
