@gumbelfrechet We did use promoter-capture Hi-C data (from biorxiv.org/content/10.110…) and found an overall enrichment of CRE-gene links, but we didn't specifically zoom in to IL2RA yet. Nice suggestion, thanks!

@AnniqueC Cool study! It'd be interesting to see if your IL2RA results match (Burren, 2017) and other prior literature that looked at those regions with older technology.

@Carl_Fr_Gauss Thank you! It's not a straight answer, we've worked on this with many people. Most is done in R with ggplot, but we also used Python, a little bit of Claude and Illustrator to stitch it all together.

🎯 The results help resolve individual immune-related loci (TYK2, DEXI/CLEC16A) and combined disease-relevant biological processes 🦠 We observe shared core immune programs (resp. to virus, T cell activation), but also disease-specific enrichments (tight junction org. in celiac)
