@1972Shan service system is very bad

Poor service network.Most of the third party technican are even not aware about product. I purchased a geyser from croma store ahmedabad ( Bopal). on 27th of this month. After 20 time follow up and request one technician came justnow and installation done. But now LED not working

Your after sales service is pathetic. It took me 15 days to get 3 geysers installed. 2 weeks to resolve 1st issue. Now again leakage issue. following up past 5 days. 5 months new buy. I hate #havells #gyeser @AnilRaiGupta @havellsindia @HavellsCare360

Had purchased an oil heater of Havells. It is not working properly, inspite of complain no technician visited till date. One Engg called, his behaviour was pathetic and he never turned up. Quality of customer service 👎👎👎
