I am a LONG time player & I hope u don’t take this th wrong way I’ve just been banned 3x and constantly needing to email support for little things like wanting to gift a friend something to getting banned over eggs can be a lot.

Hi students! 💫 The team is actively removing many bans that were flagged due to rapid leveling. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, these systems are in place to protect you from hackers and exploiters who level accounts quickly to scam, and other reasons. If you’re banned, you can still email Support@RoyaleHigh.com as usual, but your issue may be resolved within a few days by tech devs before support. We also recommend not opening tens of thousands of eggs at once (even though we know it’s tempting 🥚✨). Try opening them in waves instead. We are also onboarding more staff to improve wait times! We’re continuously working behind the scenes to improve these systems. Thank you for your patience and support! 💖

@Gabriel73250197 @nnzali_ @RoyaleHighValks My only frustration is the constant banning of players who didn’t do anything wrong for things that r allowed in game. If they don’t want ppl opening a bunch of eggs at once why not just remove the ability to do so. & this is not the only thing wrongfully getting people banned

Hi students! 💗 We’re seeing that some players are confused because they’re not receiving their items. This is most likely because you’re in an old server. How can you check?
Head to Campus 4 and look at the update log, Campus 4 is more likely to be running the newest version. If it’s not updated, try rejoining to get into a fresh server. Doing quests but getting 0 XP?
Don’t worry! That’s just a visual glitch. Your XP should still be applying, and we’re actively working on fixing it. It may already be resolved in some servers. Halo in the wrong inventory slot or appearing glitchy? We’re aware of this issue and working on it as well. We hope our gamepass holders are enjoying the new halos, we love seeing your posts! ✨ And for players who don’t own the 4x gamepasses, we hope you’re enjoying the diamond buff! 💎 Lots of love,

@RoyaleHighValks There seems to be a glitch. It said I got both halos and received 75k diamonds but I only received the 2x halo not 4x. How can I get someone to take a look at this.

Hello @RoyaleHighValks !! I hope you have a wonderful day 🤭💗 I recently have been banned from trading and i dont really know why but i have a suspicion! So i recently have done a trade from “Traderie” Actually 2 trades but with the same account! Anyways the first one was for the helmet from the valk set and the second one was for the cape from the same set! But the account was a really new one like freshly level 75 14 total hours of gameplay and was created in 2025 i believe i am suspecting it might have been an alt account ran by an exploiter because right after getting those items like 2-3 hours after i got trading banned! But the worse part is i got banned while letting my friens @selirqsz try on my halos : Solarix 2023 Harmonic 2025 and Enchantraverse halo. But we never got to trade back because of the ban. We can confirm we were both agreed to do the trade and to give back our items right after. I already have sent an email but i felt like i should also make a tweet here.
