@Sidra827801 its not 100% accurate and it varies for each recipe, but i calculated circa where the estimated would land by tracking the amount i put on my plate in cups and then putting the amount in a calorie tracking app

I have figured a pattern though, every time i dont eat fruit as my first meal i seem to eat way more than i should, even if i start the day with something healthy, if its not fruit i end up eating ALOT that day
