@AmericanRanger4 PR here, yeah we do. the tl;dr is having USD as currency significantly helps. Salaries here may not be US high, but 12$ here is still like 50$+ in other latam currencies lol. There's more to it but yeah, in the simplest of terms, its just that. it overwrites any negatives. 💵
