@NewsAmarillo How would a reflection move instantly though? The "glitch" is also reacted to by at least 2 other people not behind the lens

@AnonymousFO That little spot of light looks like a reflection off the glass of something shiny (maybe the lens) on the phone the shooter is using. Slow it down, pull back a bit and you'll see it.

@NewsAmarillo I think you're looking at the wrong object. It's the faint one almost centre of the screen in reference. It "glitches" at the 19 second mark

Another thing to note, there is a cut at 17 seconds, so he has edited the video, this could have been done for various reasons
