Stage 2 loadshedding has been implemented with immediate effect until further notice, as per Eskom’s declaration.
Stage 2 Loadshedding Blocks
16h00 until 18h30 - Blocks 11 and 12
18h00 until 20h30 - Blocks 3 and 4
20h00 until 22h30 - Blocks 6 and 5
22h00 until 00h30 - Blocks 14 and 13
00h00 until 02h30 - Blocks 4 and 3
02h00 until 04h30 - Blocks 12 and 11
04h00 until 06h30 - Blocks 13 and 14
Customers are urged to switch off non-essential appliances to avoid inrush current and network overload when restoration takes place.

Health, @CleanerJoburg , @MyJRA and Augmented Field service undertake the Regional Service delivery Initiative (RSDI). The service delivery initiatives takes place within Region F. The Inner City team will be focusing on disconnecting all illegal connections within the area of Yeoville.

A level three disconnection is currently underway. This drastic step had to be undertaken due to the customer tempering with the meter. It is believed that because of the latter, the customer may have been under-billed.
A level three disconnection means that we are not only isolating the power supply, but we are also removing the infrastructure as well.

Boothill Switching Station (Honeydew) Update:
It was reported earlier that full supply was restored. However, it appears that some streets are still off and for this, we apologise. The team will now investigate at Wilgehuewel Switching Station to determine if there is any fault. We apologise for this inconvenience. We will keep you updated on the progress.^NM
