If you think the BC housing market is weak right now, our team had several more buyers put their search on hold due to ongoing uncertainty over various First Nations land claims.

The Cowichan Tribes decision has created uncertainty with not a single property changing hands in the impacted area so far this year. David Eby & the NDP must provide transparency about the ongoing negotiations to rebuild trust & investor confidence. globalnews.ca/video/11735559…

I’m tired of hearing people downplay the impacts of the NDP’s DRIPA disaster. I hear stories like this first-hand everywhere I go in BC: “One ranch deal is already known to have fallen through after local Indigenous groups told the prospective buyer, whose offer on the property had been accepted, that they would not endorse the transfer of the Crown licences needed to support the operation.” BC is becoming uninvestable. It’s time to drop DRIPA. ✍️ Sign your name: winforbc.ca/landclaims

First Nations legal expert says the Musqueam agreement is deliberately putting the province of BC into a headlock. Aboriginal title is senior to all other titles.

👀 In the midst of the worst budget in BC history and a supposed government hiring freeze, Eby manages to find $234,000/yr‼️ for yet another lawyer to implement DRIPA and his radical land back agenda. But wait, only those with “cultural humility” need apply. 🤔 He’s spending even MORE of your money to hire even MORE activists to sign even MORE of your land away. ✍️ Sign here to fight back: winforbc.ca/landclaims

Metro Vancouver homeowners' private property rights are under threat thanks to David Eby's NDP. A million homes and businesses are at risk. It's time to put an end to the NDP's radical land back agenda. Sign here if you agree: WinForBC.ca/landclaims

“It is, from a process point of view, it’s, and I’ll say it again, absolutely unacceptable that public democratic governments are entering into agreements acknowledging Aboriginal title in any form when it’s an exclusive right to land, according to the Supreme Court of Canada, without consulting in some way with their constituency, which is the public,” Isaac said globalnews.ca/news/11713751/…

Musqueam isn’t coming for your property BUT the government is acknowledging they have aboriginal title. The BC Supreme Court ruled in the Cowichan case that aboriginal title not only “co-exists” but is a senior interest that can burden the land and key land title act protections like indefeasibility don’t apply against it…

Eby says he wasn’t briefed on Musqueam deal. Feds say he was. Squamish First Nation says they will be challenging. The BC Supreme Court ruled that aboriginal title not only “co-exists” but is a senior interest that can burden the land. And Metro Vancouver homeowners told there’s nothing to worry about…

The federal government is refusing to publicly release an agreement with the Musqueam Band that recognizes Aboriginal title over a vast area of Metro Vancouver. What is perhaps more perplexing is no mainstream media outlet has even reported on this agreement. dailyhive.com/vancouver/musq…
