@Anoud233120 I would suggest a more consistent calorie intake for example if you did 900 cals a day, everyday with low carb foods high fiber and a bit of protein you’d see at least a 1-4 pounds drop in a week, I think the random amounts are confusing your body and you may of eaten carb heavy
