I want to know who is Joshua Fox? I have strong evidence to speculate that Dalton "Chud the Builder" was being followed and monitored by feds, and setup by Joshua Fox (him being a 'ptsd' veteran with a sadistic criminal history making it more likely to be used as part of a conspiracy by federal agents) I checked the Montgomery County court dockets for May 13, 2026. Dalton Eatherly had a civil debt hearing scheduled that day, which he had posted about publicly. Joshua Fox had nothing. No case, no hearing, no filing, no administrative business, nothing under his name at all. Every witness account and every affidavit in the public record says the same thing: Fox traveled to that courthouse after seeing Eatherly's post, found him in the plaza around 1:15 PM, and initiated a verbal confrontation. No witness, no official, and no court document has offered any alternative explanation for why Fox was there. Five days of reporting, social media coverage, and public records searches have not produced a single piece of evidence that Fox had any legitimate business at that courthouse. If that evidence exists, nobody with access to it has come forward, and the court's own records do not contain it. The man who showed up to a courthouse with no business there to confront someone who did have business there walked away. The man who was there for a scheduled hearing and claims he defended himself is sitting on $1.25 million bail with zero prior felonies while the DA who requested his complete detention has never once made that request for any of the 16 murder defendants who came through his courthouse during his entire tenure. That is where this case stands right now. The preliminary hearing is May 26.

Guys, the Joshua Fox in Clarksville who got arrested for soliciting a minor is NOT Chuds attacker. Chuds Joshua only got arrested for beating his wife and threatening to burn down an apartment complex. Apples and Bananas here guysh.

They are attempting to set the legal precedent that no White person has a right to self defense against blacks as long as it is claimed that they said a word. Which will mean no White person will ever be able to defend themselves from blacks ever again. That is the ramification

The First Amendment is fake. The Second Amendment is fake. First Amendment organizations are fake. Second Amendment organizations are fake. A Black guy verbally threatened a White guy, then physically attacked him. The White guy shot him, and now the White guy is up on attempted murder charges. Everyone is justifying the attack on the White guy based on words he said at times and places other than that of the scene where he was attacked and defended himself with a firearm. Not a single First or Second Amendment organization has offered support for the White victim of Black violence and anti-White prosecutorial and judicial malfeasance. White people are regularly persecuted for both speech and self defense. The government that's supposed to secure our rights violates them, and the private institutions that promise to defend our rights are nowhere to be found when they're needed most. Anti-White anarcho-tyranny rules the day. Our continued lack of coherent organization allows it to do so unchecked.

I pulled every murder and attempted murder case from Montgomery County's public court records under DA Robert Nash. 16 cases. Not one exceeded $250,000 bail. Nash never requested no bond for any of them. Then Dalton Eatherly was charged with attempted murder where nobody died, in self defense, Nash requested complete detention, and the judge set bail at $1,250,000. Every case number is verifiable.
