@AntCockrill Coach! Hoping for some insight, after listening to your podcast episode on Coach em’ up I was curious about 120* in your jump approach emphasis. Are you talking about the shin angle, hip/spine angle, or both? Just want to check to clarify? Or maybe I’m way off!

@rickmerriam @l33tlete I agree about the feet but I have little to no control over the footwear in college athletics.
As far as the lift hurting the back, there inherent risk with everything. If there is a fear of injury, do not play sports

@l33tlete Functional Isometric is the “type” of exercise. A concentric partial rep for 2-4 inches followed by an overcoming isometric. Can probably do any movement with this
