Lyrics depend on the intent of the song in my opinion. Are you telling a story or getting people to party? Is “Back in Black” a terrible song because the lyrics are simple? Is “Rock & Roll All Nite” trash? Is “Silent Lucidity” much better because it’s much deeper?? No! They’re all great, just for different reasons.
