@EdinRacingBets @Superstardj21 @BetfairCS There are outages and outages. If it lasts 5-10 minutes, it's acceptable, but if it lasts an entire half or more for a platform whose purpose is to facilitate exchanges, that's bad news.

@EdinRacingBets @BetfairCS I completely understand your point of view, but we are still on a betting exchange platform, and in my opinion, if all the tools are not operational for carrying out transactions, this constitutes a problem for the majority of users.

@BetfairCS Thank you for your reply, but my loss yesterday was definitely there despite the market being suspended for almost the entire second half of the match... Is there anything planned to address this ?

@EdinRacingBets @BetfairCS True, but the whole point of offering a betting exchange platform is to be able to buy and sell at any time, and when that's not possible, it can be detrimental... We're not talking about a market being suspended for 5 minutes...

Yes as I am one very unhappy customer. Yesterday PM, I had 4 x trades invested in the 2 x Bundesliga 2 matches which kicked off at 5PM. After about 20-30 minutes, I can't remember exactly, both matches were suspended by you for the duration of the games. I could have cashed out/traded out of both games for a small profit but I ended up losing £87. I demand this money be returned.
