At no point in this footage does Pretti assault either of the women in view. What is clear is he was trying to put himself between those women and the ICE agent who pushed both of them — one to the ground. Neither is it the case that Pretti was ‘fighting back’ after being shot, or that he was fighting them before then. He was pepper sprayed in the face, pushed and pulled to the ground, and after being disarmed he was shot from behind, and several times after he was prone. To arrive at the conclusions you posit here one must either be a liar, or an imbecile…
