I need help. My head pulled me into the office today to speak to me because my class aren’t respecting me. They don’t listen to anything I say and she said I’m being really negative (I’m asking them 4/5 times to do something so i don’t know how to keep it positive). They respect everyone else except me and it’s really hurting my mental health and causing me stress. I don’t know how to take it. I’m an ECT2 and my ECT1 was at a different school where the children respected me and the behaviour was 10x better and what I said goes. It absolutely doesn’t at my current school and I’m getting no support. I’ve brought it up 4 times in meetings with her and I feel like I’ve still got no support. She said that she doesn’t know how my report will go and it’s causing me so much stress. I don’t know what to do.
