I've seen a blown up version of this previously & you can see what was Ridley Park Hotel in the distance on the far right.

Morning! I've added the most important lost football ground in Northumberland to the Sports Archive - Blagdon Terrace. This was home to Blyth CC and Blyth FC, with matches against both SAFC and NUFC played here. It vanished under housing in 1914. northeastheritagelibrary.co.uk/sportsarchive

A strange statement. There hasn’t been a protest, and only 1 boycott was called, with no concrete plan for more anymore in place at present? Strange that he would rather sell off the club, than address the questions supporters put to him. A lot more to come out from this.

7 years ago today, Spartans defeated now League One side Stockport County 3-1, thanks to goals from Adam Wrightson, Michael Liddle and Jarrett Rivers. Unforgettable day out and a superb performance. The football played under AA at that time was just sublime. #HowayBlyth🟢⚪️
