The Vini-Mbappe problem is literally one of the easiest problems Mourinho will solve in his career. Let me explain.
From everything, it’s clear Mbappe is aligned with Xabi Alonso while Vinicius is aligned with Arbeloa. I think there is pressure mounting on Mbappe right now. Dembele winning the UCL and probably the Ballon d’Or is enough to fuel him. It’s a World Cup year. A good performance at club level and a good World Cup performance can easily give him his Ballon d’Or too. Things were going according to plan top of the table, top scorer, and a good run in the UCL as well. Then Vinicius tears everything apart with his beef with Xabi Alonso.
The club backs Vinicius ahead of Xabi Alonso and Alonso gets sacked. He is replaced by Arbeloa, who hasn’t coached a first team in his life before. Obviously Mbappe will be mad. To Vinicius, he played a major role in bringing 2 UCL trophies, so he deserved to lead the project and felt disrespected by Xabi Alonso.
Half of the dressing room agreed Xabi Alonso was the right manager for the project. The other half agreed Vinicius wasn’t being treated well by Xabi.
Álvaro Arbeloa takes over and makes Vinicius his darling boy. Mbappe’s fire from the beginning of the season dims. He mentally checks out of the season and leaves Vinicius to lead the club the way he wanted. Vini feels Mbappe is not helping the club now that Arbeloa is the manager. Mbappe thinks the initial plan has been derailed by Vinicius.
Dembele, Haaland, and maybe even Lamine Yamal go to the World Cup with at least 2 trophies while Mbappe is trophyless. Even if France wins the World Cup, it still puts Dembele in a better position.
Mourinho’s job is literally to make them both understand that the fire and passion they have should be channelled into winning trophies for Madrid and not for themselves. Once he makes them understand that winning for Madrid means winning for yourself, the problem is solved. And for a manager like Jose Mourinho, talking sense into players is not a problem for him. He creates soldiers that go to war for him, and Mbappe and Vinicius are players that will go to war for any manager they believe in.
I don’t think Mbappe or Vinicius will leave. What I see is Mbappe terrorising the league next season with goals. I see Vinicius having more freedom upfront to be himself. And with the right reinforcements because obviously they have a couple of rubbish players in that team Madrid will be back up. Next season will be one for the books.
That’s my theory and prediction. Bye.

I have many dm requests from other men going through exactly this. Men fighting to stay in the life of their child, simply because they don’t want to remain in a relationship with the mother. Why subject a child to a life of suffering because you want to claim you did it alone? Especially when you didn’t have to.
