My 1st subscription company kept loosing customers. Not because my product or pricing was bad. But because I didn't see the warning signs early enough. So I decided to build ChurnGuard. Starting to share this journey publicly. It'll be raw, honest, and probably messy.

L'IA a rendu la création de produits plus simple que jamais. La distribution, bon, c'est toujours autant galère... Du coup est ce qu'il faudrait pas build une plateforme où les marques B2C trouvent des micro-créateurs, et les paient uniquement au clic réel ? Suite très vite :)

Mais quelle est cette nouvelle idée..? On a retracé tous nos projets passés avec mon frère. Toujours le même mur : la distribution Et si on pouvait trouver les bonnes personnes pour parler de ce qu'on construit ? Sans payer à l'aveugle ? Que du résultat ?👀 #SaaS #influence

ChurnGuard continue. Mais on a dû se dire une vérité difficile : on a construit un bon outil #SaaS pour une cible trop restreinte. Quand tu mets autant dedans, c'est compliqué de l'accepter On a prévu de repenser le PMF. Mais mon frère et moi, on a eu une idée... 👀

I cracked marketing and the target audience. The only thing I can't crack, no matter how much I try, is churn. Currently at 19% churn, and I feel that is not real. Is Stripe lying to me? At the moment, with $93k MRR, I am supposed to lose $17k a month. But revenue is still growing every month; I haven't seen any drop since Postiz exploded. That means I bring a lot more than $17k every month. Does anybody else have this weird experience? 🤔

You never really know if what you've built matters until someone tells you. Got that message today from one of our first users. Now I want 100 more of them, and will continue to focus on shipping new features that matters.
