IIT Bombay has started a sustainable initiative to manage its green waste by converting it into a usable energy source. With the campus generating several tonnes of leaf litter on a regular basis, the institute has shifted from conventional disposal methods to a resource-based approach. By processing this biomass into fuel pellets, a circular system has been created that reduces waste management costs while generating energy for applications such as cooking. महाराष्ट्राचे लाडके दिवंगत उपमुख्यमंत्री स्व अजितदादा पवार यांच्या अपघाती मृत्यूप्रकरणी अखेर झीरो एफआयआर दाखल झाला. आमदार रोहित पवार (@RRPSpeaks) यांनी यासाठी घेतलेली अविश्रांत मेहनत फळाला आली. रोहित यांनी अनेक जिल्ह्यांतून प्रवास केला. एकामागून एक पोलीस स्टेशन्सना भेटी दिल्या. बारामती, मुंबई, दिल्ली, बंगळुरू अशा अनेक शहरांमध्ये ते गेले आहेत. अनेक नेते, अधिकारी यांच्या त्यांनी भेटी घेतल्या. प्रत्येक टप्प्यावर त्यांनी मनापासून काम केले. स्व अजितदादांना न्याय मिळवून देण्यासाठी रोहित पवार घेत असलेली मेहनत आणि जिद्द आम्हा सर्वांसाठी अतिशय अभिमानाची बाब आहे. रोहितच्या या अविश्रांत मेहनतीबद्दल त्याचे मनापासून कौतुक; तसेच राजू दादा आणि सुनंदा वहिनींचे मनापासून आभार. He travelled across multiple districts — from one police station to another, from Baramati to Delhi to Bengaluru, and many more; met countless leaders, and worked with unwavering dedication every step of the way. Today, his persistence has paid off. The FIR is finally registered, paving the way for a thorough investigation in the right direction.
