Pleased to share that the Government of India has granted the Letter of Permission for the establishment of Goa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Kurti, Ponda, under Goa University. The college will offer the B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree programme with an annual intake of 40 students from the academic session 2026–27. This approval is a major step towards strengthening veterinary education, animal healthcare, dairy development, and livestock services in Goa. It will create new opportunities for Goan students to pursue professional veterinary education within the State and contribute to the welfare of farmers, livestock owners, and the animal husbandry sector. Grateful to the Modi Govt, the Veterinary Council of India, Goa University, and all officials involved in making this important institution a reality. #ViksitGoa

Any experiment in space quickly reminds you that gravity does a lot of unpaid work on Earth. Without it, even the simplest tasks turn into puzzles. Here, I was extracting samples from bags of microalgae I had been growing for the past two weeks. The challenge: collecting samples without air bubbles. On Earth, you simply flip the syringe and let gravity usher the bubbles politely to the top. In microgravity, they refuse to cooperate—no rising, no settling, just floating wherever they please. The solution: become the centrifuge. Lacking gravity, I provided my own by spinning, using motion to push the liquid toward the syringe tip and persuade the air to move elsewhere. It took a few tries (and a bit of trial-and-error choreography) before it worked. Multiply that process by twelve bags, four samples each, and several spins per sample, and the math becomes clear. Let’s just say I logged an impressive number of rotations that day—proof that in space, science sometimes looks a lot like interpretive dance. #shux #space #axiom4 #shubhanshushukla #india #iss

मेरा तो आज के समय और परिस्थति को देखते हुवे स्वदेशी निवेश फार्मूला भी यही है : उन भारतीय कंपनियों में लंबी अवधि का निवेश करना जिसे अपनी आय में वृद्धि करने के लिए ना तो कुछ इंपोर्ट करने की जरूरत है और ना ही एक्सपोर्ट पर निर्भरता है ! भारत में ही उत्पादन और भारत में ही खपत ! इसलिए ही मैं “लोजिस्टिक्स सेक्टर” में अगले 15-20 सालों के लिए बुलिश हूँ , मैनुफैक्चरिंग सेक्टर के बिना भारत विकसित देशों की श्रेणी में नहीं आ सकता और जब इस सेक्टर में भरपूर तेजी आएगी तो लॉजिस्टिक सेक्टर की तेजी को कोई रोक नहीं सकता , यहाँ तक कि लोजिस्टिक्स सेक्टर को अगले १०० साल भी नई टेक्नोलॉजी भी ख़त्म नहीं कर सकती क्यूँकि आपके पास कोई भी सामान इंटरनेट से निकलकर तो आयेगा नहीं , यदि ड्रोन से सीधा घर पर भी पहुँचेगा तो भी ये काम लोजिस्टिक्स सेक्टर की कंपनियाँ ही कर पाएगी और इस सेक्टर की अच्छे मैनेजमेंट की कंपनियाँ भी आज बहुत ही सस्ते वैल्यूएशन पर उपलब्ध है जिनका अच्छा समय आना तय है , जब सबको इनका अच्छा समय दिखने लगेगा तब तक तो प्राइस आलरेडी बहुत बढ़ चुके होंगे ! अच्छी कंपनी ढूँढो और वीकली एसआईपी जारी रखो !

Unfair Tax Slabs – A 25K Difference Shouldn’t Cost 66,300 in Tax! Salary: 12.75L → Income Tax: ₹0 Salary: 13.00L → Income Tax: ₹66,300 If someone earning ₹12.75L pays zero tax, why should a person earning ₹13.00L suddenly be taxed on the full amount? Tax should only apply to the extra ₹25K (₹13.00L - ₹12.75L), not the entire income. How does an income of ₹12.75L make someone middle class, but earning ₹13.00L suddenly makes them rich? This system makes no sense. There’s no real effort to expand the tax base—just minor tweaks to existing slabs. The burden remains on the same 2% of taxpayers, while the broader issues remains untouched. What's your view?
