When simple copy triggers existentialism, you know it’s good. I love @Adobe’s beautiful marketing emails — & today scrolled down to manage my preferences. After some search, I found it. I click, therefore I manage. (Hopefully this got a chuckle out of some MarkOps/QA folks!)

Each time I'm asked to solve a "Platform Problem," I ask Qs about the other "Ps" that might need addressing: "People" and "Process." Never fails to identify other significant (NON-tech) problems... When you force-fit Platforms to address People/Platforms, it can create #techdebt.

Markers of digital progress. IMO #1 (return on digital investments) can be hard if you can't integrate 'digital' into your overall business line calculation (sales growth), or if you haven't adequately set up full funnel tracking + multi-touch attribution. IMO #5 is CRITICAL.
