I just blame the sporting directors for this mess we are in. We were on the verge of becoming a top team but let Maresca leave just because they couldn’t cooperate with him. The mistake they made was thinking anyone could do the job he built. Maresca built a system that brought stability to the squad; all we needed were a few additions. He requested some players, and they thought he was being arrogant. They thought everyone could do the job he did. Now everything looks like a mess and has come crashing down.

Its time to have a very serious conversation about palmer
