Any society that wants stability must protect its marriage system first. In Pakistan there is almost no serious enforcement against married men who emotionally trap young girls by lying that they are single. By the time the girl discovers he has a wife and children she is already emotionally attached and years of her youth are gone. This destroys trust family structure and future marriages across society. Technology Movement Pakistan proposes a new law called Emotional Relationship Fraud and Digital Protection Act to be added into Pakistan Penal Code and Cyber Crime laws. Under this proposed law any married man who knowingly hides his marriage status and emotionally manipulates a girl through fake promises of marriage digital relationships or long term deception will face non bailable criminal charges and immediate digital investigation based on WhatsApp chats voice notes call recordings bank transfers social media communication and video evidence. This law will also clearly state that no girl will be required to visit a police station FIA office cyber crime office or court for reporting such cases. The entire legal reporting process will be protected through secure digital systems. The victim will have the legal right to appear only through encrypted video verification with trained female officers and female investigators. Her statement evidence verification and testimony process will legally be completed through video appearance without physical court attendance. The same digital protection system should apply in cases of leaked pictures leaked videos blackmail revenge content threats and online harassment so women are protected without destroying their privacy education future marriage prospects or social life during legal proceedings. Many developed countries already use protected digital testimony systems for sensitive cases. Pakistan should become the first country in the region to fully modernize women protection laws through technology. We strongly recommend that the current government especially Maryam Nawaz take leadership on this issue and introduce a modern tech based justice system where women can safely report emotional fraud exploitation and digital abuse without ever being forced into public humiliation or repeated court appearances.@MaryamNSharif
