Today, the UIL announced the 2026-2028 football, basketball, and volleyball districts. The remaining district alignments will be released no later than April 2026. Gonzales will compete in District 14-4A DII for football, and District 29-4A for volleyball/basketball!

Several big games tonight for the Apaches and Lady Apaches! Boys and girls basketball host La Vernia while boys and girls soccer travel to Luling! Safe travels and best of luck to all of our competitors tonight!

All extracurricular activities scheduled for Monday have been cancelled. Additionally, the softball game scheduled for Tuesday against Rice has been cancelled. Any further changes to the athletics schedule for this week will be communicated here as they are available.

Please see the updated schedule for Friday's basketball games against San Antonio Memorial. There will be no sub-varsity games on Friday. Boys will play varsity only at Edgewood ISD Gym and girls will play varsity only at Memorial HS. Both games will tip-off at 4:30 PM.
