@Tradermayne Depends what you want, Infrared will be easier and more convenient, but won’t get as hot, outdoor you have the option of electric or wood burning. I built my own, basically a shed with cedar all around on the inside. Wood burning stove. A little work but nothing complicated.

Anyone here got a sauna at home? Been doing research, so far I've been told. Barrel ones aren't good because hot air rises (fartcoin coded) so you can't set as close to the roof as possible cause of the shape. Infrared ones as BS?
