@ApolloScooters I don't have a support ticket currently. The folding mechanism pins are just too weak of a metal and keep breaking, it's a common issue if you look on Reddit.

@ApolloScooters The exact same problem happens to Apollo Explore scooters - 2 pins broken so far on mine with many other Reddit users reporting the same issue. This seems to be an issue with many Apollo scooters.

@ApolloScooters My scooter stopped working suddenly, no power. It doesn’t have but maybe 400 miles on it. Is there a customer service #? I sent an email but wasn’t sure if there was a way to contact someone so I can figure out what part or parts I need to order to fix it.

@iamalexhall @FantasticMsFox_ Hi Alex, Thanks for your comment. We ship spare parts out of our Montreal warehouse and we are currently coordinating with UPS to get a replacement printer as soon as possible. However, our scooters are shipped from other locations which are not affected by this issue.

@Dygear Hi Mark, Congrats on the City Pro! You will need to set the top speed on the basic settings, not the advanced settings. When connected to the scooters, click the 3 dots on the dashboard. Then click on the gear Icon Then click on ''Top Speed-Limit'' Then press on ''Save''

@ApolloScooters So I got my City Pro 2023 today. After reading the manual, I cannot find where to change the top speed. The advanced settings still read 12mph / 20kph.

This post is for a product alert, specifically @ApolloScooters❌DO NOT PURCHASE❌ I've recommended this scooter brand to some, but following a LEMON battery & no help from their 'A-team' as they call it, I STRONGLY advise you to do your homework, b4 wasting thousands of dollars
