People who clearly don’t know much about these games should stop acting like experts. This guy is calling the wall scramble animation unrealistic while praising TRAE, even though TRAE literally had a wall scramble mechanic too, it just had a very bad animation💀

The franchise had a grapple mechanic, tools to break barriers and wall scramble (sort of) long before the survivor trilogy. Those games were not my favourite but I feel like most of you dislike them for the wrong reasons. Not every single addition to these games was a mistake.

Is PermaDeath something players would want as a bonus feature in LOA? As a sort of challenge mode or a mode attached to Trophies. I think it would great for replayability and for those who enjoy those types of game modes. #TombRaider #TRLOA

@ApolloTech96 @Flying_Wild_Hog @PlayTombRaider @tombraider But the point is no one wants a permadeath mode in a game where you're spending upwards of 8 to 12 hours to complete the game. This isn't Xcom where the progress continues even if the characters die.

But that had "I am the Night" mode, which was New Game + but with permadeath. You die you start from the beginning of the game. Whats listed here isn't permadeath so much as limiting saves and checkpoints.
