One of the recent Android 16 updates started to cause widget icons overlapping. The fix is on the way in version 12.5. Also the widget feels faster now.

At the same time, users who bought previous versions may use them for as long as Google keeps apps alive in the play store. Happy AppDialing!

Why not make an update for the existing version? Making a new paid version helps me to continue investing in the support and development while maintaining a very limited user base.

I see many bug reports about widget not working correctly on latest Android 16. I recommend to NOT update your device if using AppDialer widget is critical for you. In meanwhile I'll explore the options to make a fix.

@koRnac I understand your confusion. Unfortunately Google has introduced more and more limitations that caused a widget to stop or make app unavailable in Play Store. So I had to invest a lot of time to make it working again. If one of the legacy version works for you, no need to update.

@AppDialer PLN 58? Seriously, for what? I like the previous version and even bought the pro version because it was reasonably priced.

AppDialer 11 is available in Play Store play.google.com/store/apps/det… AppDialer 11 adds compatibility with Android 13+ devices. The feature set remains unchanged comparing to AppDialer X.

@stefanvanruiten Yeah it's the case when economy of scale doesn't work, because there is no "scale". App has a very limited user base and the development/support takes substantial amount of time.

@AppDialer I just noticed the new version of appdialer. I love the current pro version which I've purchased in the past. Is it really correct though that the new version is €19? That's like the most expensive app I've ever seen...

Some apps like no others and should NOT be shown in launch history. Now AppDialer lets you hide those apps. Check out new version 10.1 play.google.com/store/apps/det…

The only visible change in AppDialer X for now is a widget fix for Android 12/13

@AppDialer Because I've used the old version forever, I'd be willing to pay for improved functionality. However, it doesn't look like anything has changed, so what is the advantage to purchasing the new version?

@welp_now_wut If you use app (not widget), it should be working fine and unlikely to break anytime soon.

@AppDialer I've been using it my Samsung devices for years.
