3/ ...and make sure your file transfer software has a shared distribution list that can be edited easily by approvers. Too much loss from relying on one person to keep track of dozens of lists on their own.

1/ Scale-up tips ft. manufacturing: Communicate document transfer expectations with your contractor from the start. File labeling alignment is a MUST a.k.a make it searchable/for the love of all that is good, SAY NO to barcode file names!!!! 🙏
