@TwinsplusTwo @PetsatHome Hi there, The affected Applaws products had a best before date of Dec 2022 to June 2023. We contacted all customers who had purchased items that fell between these dates and issued full refunds. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to pop us a DM. - Alice

@Applawspetfood When will the refund for vet costs will be issued for all pet owners who had lost or nearly lost their beloved family members because of your food? Do at least minimum and reimburse the vet costs!!!!

@Applawspetfood hi guys, i've been given the list of products recalled and see it's only the dry food. Can you confirm, please, whether the wet food has been affected at all? Many thanks, Caroline

@jigsawbrennan 2/3 No other Applaws cat food products, including Applaws wet cat food, are affected by this precautionary recall notice.

@jigsawbrennan Hi Caroline, 1/3 By working closely with the RVC, they have narrowed their focus to a specific manufacturer in the UK that makes our dry cat food brand Applaws as well as other brands.

@BeanTheDad Hi, because they are vacuum packed the middle notch allows air in first and then customers can open the top notch fully to allow the loin to come out easily. Thank you, Applaws. 🙂

@Applawspetfood my friends kitten had been put to sleep and other may not survive due to your food. Hope the people responsible are dealt with to the full extent the law allows. Why does you website not show details of the recall?

@Sahara1976Sarah 2/3 While we understand you’re upset at the recall, the RVC has not concluded with any certainty that the manufacturer of the Applaws dry cat food recalled, or other brands involved, are the cause of the increase in FP cases.

Hi @Applawspetfood I understand you’re inundated with requests, however, I’m waiting on a response re: refunding of blood tests and medical bills. I understand that other people have been advised that you are covering costs. I have a second lot of blood tests booked from Monday
