Hey @RoyalMail , I got this proof of delivery today and, as expected, I’ve come home to no parcel !
This pic only proves they stood on the footpath outside the correct address and your app doesn’t allow you to report this issue.
Please advise what I need to do.

Is it a coincidence that I’ve had two @JohnLewisRetail deliveries get “lost”, a Bluetooth speaker in December & now, an iPad.
Other online orders from John Lewis have been delivered with no problems.
No issue with how JL customer service have handled this but, it’s suspicious…

Hey @sainsburys, I bought your slow cooked shredded lamb shawarma today, when I got home, the use by date was 12th March. I went back to the store and they swapped it but, the date on my new one is 3rd April and the mint yoghurt sauce does not look safe to eat..

Hi @SurePetcare, my microchip cat flap has stopped working for both of my cats, but the troubleshooting on your website doesn’t allow me to give you the correct issue. You’re sending a diagnostic test, but it’s worked fine for the past 12 months!
Any suggestions?

@Jess_Maxfield @SurePetcare I haven’t but, their customer service has been good. I did an online request and I phoned them.
They’ve sent me a device to check the chip readers, but it’s not worked. I need to call them tomorrow to ask about next steps.
