It is with great disappointment that I write about my experience with the Fuel Rewards support team. I received the email on 4/28 that the Fuel Rewards program would be transitioning. On 4/30, my account stopped working and I immediately sent an email to support and received the automated message that they would get back to me in 3-5 days. They did not get back to me. I tried to use my Fuel Rewards and it said account not found. I called the support number and they told me to open another ticket (which I did), and someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. I called again and was told that my account no longer existed and that I must have deleted it (which I didn’t) and would need to open new account and re-earn Platinum status, they could not reinstate it (even though I had all of my emails *and shared one with them* indicating my status and account). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to automated music and was never connected. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in Shell and the Fuel Rewards program. I have missed out on quite a few discounts (Platinum and T-Mobile), because my account was disabled. It is my hope that Shell will have a better strategy to support customers who run into issues with their accounts during this transition, and not shift the blame on the customer. @Shell @FuelRewards

Beware of @UpsieHQ false coverage claims. A disappointing experience with a headphone claim. Filed claim & was told it was covered. Didn't hear back, called them, & was told that it was not covered (it should have under ADH)! Buyer beware! #Upsie #FalseAdvertising
