After being knocked out of the semi finals one side had to taste an even bitter taste by losing the North End Derby and that team was @ApplebyCity after losing 2-1 at Appleby FC's @appleby_park vs @CoastRangersFC who finish this seasons #ApplebyShield in 3rd place

Whilst we wait for the #ApplebyShield Final we have the 3rd place play off to entertain us!

AND THE KNIGHTS HAVE BEEN DEFEATED! @ApplebyUnited11 defeated @ApplebyCity 3-0 @ApplebyArena to progress to the final 3-1 on aggregate. It will be an Appleby Derby

THE HOLDERS ARE OUT! @ApplebyFc deny @CoastRangersFC from having the chance to equal their title wins by knocking Rangers out 11-1 on aggregate! Appleby FC will meet either @ApplebyUnited11 or @ApplebyCity in the final of the #ApplebyShield

After 120 minutes + penalty’s @ApplebyCity win the first leg of the 2nd semi final. This means @ApplebyUnited11 will go into the second leg 1-0 down
