Well done to @BTHFT our 8th NHS site to consent their first participant into @ApproachRCT today. APPROACH is a trial exploring the effectiveness of a flexible, personalised app-based intervention to encourage physical activity after cancer. 😊🙌👏

Our research assistant @suesmith121212 is wearing #Red4Research today too! She is integral to the @ApproachRCT team, organising the participant assessments that will enable us to find out whether the app-based walking 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️intervention is effective for patients after cancer. 🤩
