What “disagreement over economics” means at Peak XV or any other investment fund? It’s about who controls future profits, carry, and power inside the fund. The latest fund raise by Peak XV which is closing likely meant fresh negotiations on payouts and carry. In this case, partners like Ashish Agrawal, Ishaan Mittal, and Tejeshwi Sharma likely felt their economic upside no longer matched their contribution at Peak XV.
