#LearnLAP A8 we always talk of short term and long term goals ,so the expectation is clear fro the ss ,to begin with . Plus SMART teaches them to set realistic expectations & if the goal isn't met, they evaluate and analyze and at times,are happy to start over. Ss are resilient.

#LearnLAP A5 we insist on am action plan and a strong follow up .that breaks the tasks and set the ball in motion... it is not as mammoth a task as it might appear earlier.Then, ofcourse frequent check- ins &check points need to be drafted and followed for robust #goalssetting

@daleyscience Team work and online portfolio has helped us a lot , students work in their time and in my classi focus on the ones I know won't. We use a lot of @Seesaw that helps make creative portfolio, teacher can leave instructions & feedback in multiple ways.close supervision happens too
