You will always be male, and you can never change that. Regardless of what drugs you throw into your body, what parts you have cut up and sewn together, you will always be male. Likewise extreme body mod artists also don't become lizards, snakes, lions, demons, vampires, aliens, etc. They just look like it.

So I tried being "normal" for a month. No dressing, no feminine convos, no shaving. Everyone told me that I would feel "more genuine" and "honest" but I've spent the last week doing basically nothing and feeling terrible in my own body. Being masculine just felt wrong.
