बुवालाई ५ वर्षमा २ पटक क्यान्सर भयो। पहिले Nasopharynx Carcinoma(नाक भित्र क्यान्सर) अनि २०२१ मा Squamous Cell Carcinoma (जिब्रोमा क्यान्सर )। पहिलो क्यान्सर रेडियसनले निको भयो, दोस्रोमा जिब्रोको ६०% भाग काट्नु पर्यो। बुवा नेपाली कांग्रेस महासमिति सदस्य हुनुहुन्थ्यो। बोल्नै नसक्ने भएपछि राजनीति छुट्यो। अहिले किताब लेख्दै हुनुहुन्छ। दोस्रो क्यान्सरमा अपरेसन गर्ने नगर्ने दुबिधा थियो। बुवा पहिलो क्यान्सरको रेडियसनबाट आत्तिनु भएको थियो। अपरेसन पश्चात चिकित्सकले फेरि रेडियसन गर्नु पर्छ भन्दा मान्नु भएन। अहिले ठोस खाना खान सक्नुहुन्न। असाध्यै दुख्छ। मन भुलाउन कौसी खेती गर्नुहुन्छ। निरन्तर ध्यान र व्यायाम गर्नुहुन्छ। आज बिहान भन्नु भयो, बेकार अपरेसन गरिएछ। बोल्न त सकिन्थ्यो। आँखामा आँसु आयो तर म रोए भने कसले सम्हाल्ने जस्तो हुन्छ। फेरि कडा स्वभावको बुवासँग खुल्न अफ्ठ्यारो लाग्छ। निरीह महसुस गर्छु। सायद यहि कुरा बुवाले देख्नुहुन्छ भनेर फेसबुकमा लेख्न सकिन । तर फेरि जीवन त चल्नै छ। कतै पढ्छु कि विज्ञानले छिट्टै क्यान्सर जित्ने प्रविधि बनाउँदै छ। छिट्टै बनोस्। कसैले यस्तो पीडा भोग्न नपरोस्।
