Tried making payment of tax but the portal isn't responding after many tries also !! This is really frustrating. What should we do ? My staff says : Sir can we file the return quoting a fake challan and then after due date paying that challan before the ITR getting processed Is it right ? @IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia Please confirm can we proceed to save ourselves from Late Fees & Interest ?

प्रिय दोस्तों सुप्रभात ! इस समय सुबह साईट ठीक से चल रही है लेकिन यह कोई आदर्श स्तिथि नहीं है । सरकार ने जब खुद को दिक़्क़त आई तो ITR की तारीख़ 31 जुलाई से 15 सितम्बर कर दी। अब जब पोर्टल दिन में बार-बार ठप हो रहा है तो तारीख़ बढ़ाने से इंकार कर दिया गया। इसी कारण प्रोफेशनल्स को मजबूरी में रात को जागकर रिटर्न भरने पड़े हैं क्योंकि उसी समय साइट चलती है। हम सभी ने कई बार एक्सटेंशन की माँग की , बात एक्सटेंशन की नहीं बल्कि टाइमली एक्सटेंशन की थी। अब भले ही एक्सटेंशन आ भी जाए तो उसकी कोई उपयोगिता नहीं रह जाएगी। सरकार से गुज़ारिश है – पोर्टल की तकनीकी जाँच करवा कर पोर्टल की स्पीड और क्षमता ज़रूर सुधार दीजिए।यह पोर्टल जितने कर दाता इस समय देश में हैं उन्हें सर्व करने के लिए उपयोगी नहीं है । सभी मित्रों को टैक्स ऑडिट की अग्रिम शुभकामनाएँ। – सुधीर हालाखंडी 🙏🙏
