Arada has acquired an 80% stake in Thameside West, London’s next great waterfront neighbourhood.
Valued at £2.5 billion and master-planned by Foster + Partners, Thameside West will deliver at least 5,000 homes across 47 acres in one of the largest and most connected regeneration sites in Europe.
Located at the western edge of the Royal Docks, this is central London’s longest stretch of undeveloped riverfront, and is set to be transformed into a vibrant, amenity-rich destination.
This marks not only one of the most ambitious projects in Arada’s history, but also the biggest residential development announced in London this decade.
