The Labour governments new planning bill allows developers destroy irreplaceable habitats and wildlife - as long as they pay a fee.
This means endangered species like barn owls, otters, birds, reptiles, bats and badgers will be killed, just to help developers pave the way for more development.
But there’s still hope.
Amendment 130 would protect legaly protected animals and habitats from this reckless trade-off - if it stays in the bill.
YOU can help by taking 1 minute to fill in the simple form here, which will urge your local MP to keep Amendment 130:

Once our habitats and species are gone, they’re gone for good.
